How to Send Your Flowers to Sweet Eloise

Your flowers hold a story worth preserving. 
Whether they are from a wedding bouquet, a memorial arrangement, a beloved garden, or another meaningful occasion, your blooms can be transformed into a one-of-a-kind heirloom.
Flowers may be sent to Sweet Eloise either fresh or already dried. Because every flower and every memory is unique, I carefully evaluate each bloom upon arrival and determine the best way to honor its natural beauty.

Sending Fresh Flowers

If your flowers are still fresh, send flowers as soon as possible after your event or special occasion. 
To prepare fresh flowers for shipping:
  1. Gently remove any excess moisture from stems and blooms. (i.e. if they were in a vase of water.)
  2. Wrap loosely in a dry paper towel or tissue paper.
  3. Place them in a box where they will not be crushed or exposed to excessive movement.
  4. Avoid sealing fresh flowers in airtight plastic bags, as trapped moisture can encourage mold.

Sending Dried Flowers

Already dried flowers can also be used to create your own custom keepsake.

To ship dried flowers:

  • Handle them gently, as dried petals can become fragile.
  • Wrap them carefully in tissue paper or soft paper before placing them in a protective box.

Packaging Your Flowers

Please package your flowers securely so they arrive in the same condition in which they were sent.

Recommended materials:

  • A sturdy shipping box
  • Tissue paper or clean paper wrapping
  • Cushioning material to minimize movement
  • A note with your name and contact information

For delicate arrangements, consider shipping the flowers in a box large enough taht they are not compressed.
